The Week Ahead!

Image from
We've got two big games coming out next week, the first being a Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, the MMO's port to current-gen consoles, which comes out on Tuesday. The game got mixed reviews, but it has evolved a lot, most notably ditching its subscription model. In case you haven't heard anything about the game, think of Skyrim, but there are millions of other Dragonborns and you're not special at all. Maybe I've undersold it a bit.

There's also LEGO Jurassic World, which releases on Thursday for current and last-gen consoles (As well as a lite version for handhelds) and allows you to play as your favourite Jurassic Park characters such as Ian Malcom, Chris Pratt: Leader of Raptors, and Hot Dog Vendor. You'll also be able to play as dinosaurs, either in story missions or the two open worlds provided. I'm sure everyone would be much more excited for this game if LEGO Worlds didn't launch last week.

In terms of birthdays, we have two this week: Yu Suzuki, AKA the guy that made all of the SEGA games except for Sonic, will be 57 on Wednesday. He made arcade classics such as Out Run and Space Harrier, as well as the Virtua Fighter and Virtua Racing series. The other birthday is Swedish eSports player Patrik Lindberg, who'll be 27 on Wednesday. He's apparently one of the best Counter Strike players in the world, but I don't watch eSports so the hell if I know.
