"2015 Sucks, 2016 Will Be The Best Year!"

Throw away your hopes for 2015 and start anew (SARCASM) as it looks like 2016 will be the best year for games. Firstly, Dead Island 2 has been delayed into 2016 with a swift uppercut to its barely-attached jaw, as its official Twitter account has explained. It's the typical explanation: Yager simply haven't reached their development goals, and are delaying the game into 2016. The fact that Dying Light is still selling well and is still being modded also doesn't help.

Of course, it'll still have a million other zombie games to compete with, and that includes Payday dev Overkill's Walking Dead game, as Eurogamer reported that it'll gracing PC, PS4 and Xbox One next year! Publisher Starbreeze told Eurogamer that the game would be "a completely new co-op experience to the Walking Dead universe, exploring new characters and storylines" and will also be set in the comic's universe.

Last of all, a rumour has started that Watch Dogs 2 is in development, as a developer's LinkedIn profile has mentions it. That's really about it, so I suppose we'll have to wait for an official announcement, presumably at E3.

Are you excited for any of these games? Tell me in the comments!
